Big Leaders Teaching Small Leaders

Mr. Murphy's leaders taught Mrs. Holly's preschoolers about the 7 habits. Mrs. Holly's class finished reading the 7 habits book and she wanted her  kids to see how the habits are used in older classrooms. The 3rd grade students showed the preschool students the hand signs for the habits as well as examples of the habits in their own words. Mrs. Holly's students were an excellent audience and sat and listened to the presentations. By learning from their older peers, the preschool students were able to make connections to their lives through the older kids examples. They were relevant examples that her kids could relate to easily.  Mrs. Holly said she was very impressed by Mr. Murphy's leaders and enjoyed the partnership.
