Blubber, Blubber, Blubber

Mrs. Johnson's class took advantage of the cold weather to talk about Arctic Animals, like penguins and polar bears and how they are protected from the cold weather.  They decided to do the hands on  classic "blubber" experiment to see what would happen if animals living in cold climates did not have a layer of protective blubber.   They also discussed some ways of how people keep themselves insulated during the winter.
